CANCELLATION POLICY 

For the courtesy of all Body Divine clients, thank you in advance.

Appointment reminders are sent out two days prior to your appointment.

24hours notice of cancellation or change is required or 50% of the appointment will be invoiced.

No shows will incurr a 100% charge.

Please ensure on the time of booking that you are certain of your treatments. 

A full charge will be expected for the time booked.

If you are running late we will complete to the best of our ability any part of the treatment but your appointment will still be charged at full price.

All group bookings (incl weddings) or appointments over 2 hours are required to pay a 50% deposit.  This can easily be paid via internet banking.
